The organisers of any event you register for will have access to the data necessary for the administration of that event, for example your name and email address, and the name, age, gender, NGB membership number, etc. of anyone you register for that event.
How do we store your data?
Poomsae-Reg securely stores your data on servers physically located in the USA and managed by Google Cloud Services. Our database security is regularly tested in a process involving manual checks and automated tests to ensure that your data is protected from unauthorised access.
Poomsae-Reg will keep your account data for a maximum period of 10 years from the last activity on your account. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your account and all data pertaining to it. In cases where a piece of data is required to maintain site functionality, that data may be anonymised instead. Event registration data will be retained indefinitely in archival form and in reports hosted on the site, such as competition results.
Marketing
Poomsae-Reg would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. We do not have any partner companies and we do not work with any 3rd party companies. We do not provide or transfer your data to anyone for marketing purposes.
